Pay: Up to $52,000 based on experience

What Were Looking For
- 2 years of Affordable Housing / LIHTC Property Management experience
- Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance, Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations
- Experience preparing for and successfully navigating audits and inspections
- Ability to manage occupancy, leasing, collections and property performance
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Experience with budgets, reporting and financial performance
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
What Youll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of an 88-home affordable housing community
- Manage leasing, occupancy, renewals and resident retention
- Maintain accurate LIHTC compliance and documentation
- Prepare for inspections, audits and compliance reviews
- Monitor rent collections and property performance
- Manage the property budget and financial reporting
- Lead and support the on-site team
- Coordinate maintenance, vendors and property upkeep
- Build positive relationships with residents and help maintain a well-run community
