Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager to oversee two established communities in Portland and White House, TN, totaling 112 apartment homes.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on property management professional with strong LIHTC experience who enjoys a smaller, multisite portfolio and takes pride in compliance, resident satisfaction, and strong day-to-day operations.

What Youll Bring
- 5 years of Affordable Housing / LIHTC Property Management experience required
- Strong understanding of LIHTC and Fair Housing requirements
- Experience with compliance, audits and inspections
- Proven ability to manage occupancy, collections and property financial performance
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
- Experience managing vendors, maintenance operations and property condition
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
What Youll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of both communities
- Maintain strong occupancy, leasing and collection performance
- Ensure ongoing LIHTC and Affordable Housing compliance
- Prepare for and manage audits, inspections and required reporting
- Build positive resident relationships and support retention efforts
- Oversee maintenance, vendors and overall property condition
- Manage budgets, expenses and financial performance
- Lead and support on-site team members
