What Youll Be Doing
- Lead maintenance operations across two communities
- Handle work orders, service requests, and unit turns
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances
- Supervise and support maintenance staff
- Coordinate vendors and control expenses
- Ensure property standards and resident satisfaction stay high
- Participate in on-call rotation
What You Need
- 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor (multifamily preferred)
- EPA Certification REQUIRED (Type II or Universal)
- Strong HVAC experience (this is critical)
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and repairs
- Leadership experience (you can run a team, not just work solo)
- Reliable transportation tools
Big Plus (Not Required)
- Multisite experience
- Pool experience / CPO
- Renovation or CapEx project exposure
