What You'll Do
As Community Manager, you will oversee all aspects of property operations while leading a team focused on delivering exceptional resident experiences and strong financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive occupancy growth, leasing performance, and resident retention
- Lead, mentor, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
- Manage property budgets, forecasting, collections, and delinquency
- Improve operational efficiencies and maximize NOI
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain curb appeal standards
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Execute marketing and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and traffic
- Analyze property performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Community Manager experience in large-format multifamily housing
- Demonstrated success managing apartment communities
- Strong experience with accounts payable, budgeting, collections, and financial reporting
- Proven ability to improve property performance and lead teams through change
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of leasing, resident relations, and operational management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Entrata property management software
