What Youll Do
- Oversee daily operations for multiple LIHTC/tax credit communities
- Ensure full compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations and audits
- Lead, coach, and develop onsite teams (leasing maintenance)
- Drive occupancy, collections, and financial performance
- Manage budgets, reporting, and expense control
- Maintain strong resident relations and community standards
- Prepare for and successfully pass state and investor inspections
What You Bring
- 2 years of LIHTC/tax credit Property Manager experience (required)
- Prior multisite experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance (HUD, LIHTC)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Experience with budgets, reporting, and occupancy goals
- Proficiency in property management software Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
