What You'll Do
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities across multiple communities
- Respond to phone, email, text, and online leasing inquiries
- Build relationships with prospective residents and close leases
- Process applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and resident files
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Help implement marketing and outreach initiatives
- Maintain model apartments, leasing offices, and tour routes
- Support resident events and community engagement activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
- Travel between assigned communities as needed to support leasing efforts
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience required
- Apartment leasing experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus
- Social media marketing experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
