- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with Entrata and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram preferred
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
- Greet prospective residents, give tours, and complete lease agreements
- Prepare model units and ensure they are tour-ready
- Maintain accurate resident and leasing files
- Guide applicants through screening and leasing requirements
- Promote the property through local outreach and social media
- Handle resident questions and requests with professionalism
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
