What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior leasing experience is a plus but not required
- Strong background in customer service, sales, or hospitality
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable with Outlook, Word, Excel; Entrata experience a plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25lbs
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
- Available to work Saturdays
What Youll Do:
- Lease apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process
- Maintain accurate resident and property records
- Ensure model units and target apartments are tour-ready
- Provide timely, courteous responses to resident inquiries
- Conduct daily property inspections
- Market the community locally and online
- Stay up to date on pricing, availability, and leasing policies
- Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere at all times
