Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support operations across three apartment communities totaling 312 apartment homes in Sellersburg, Indiana. Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across multiple apartment communities
- Assist with leasing, renewals, resident retention, and marketing
- Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and collections goals
- Process resident accounts and financial transactions
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns
- Assist with inspections, reporting, and team support
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
Qualifications
- 2 years of multifamily property management experience required
- Assistant Community Manager, Leasing, or Property Management experience preferred
- Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
- Entrata or similar property management software preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
