- Experienced in leasing strongly preferred. Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience required.
- A strong communicator with great organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and social media platforms for marketing and outreach.
- Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Able to walk apartment communities, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Available to work Saturdays, which are key leasing days.
As a Leasing Professional, you’ll be the welcoming face of Chapel Jackson Apartments. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting and touring prospective residents.
- Explaining leasing terms and completing lease paperwork.
- Handling applications, deposits, and move-in processes.
- Maintaining accurate resident and property records.
- Promoting the community through outreach and social media.
- Ensuring model and vacant apartments are tour-ready.
- Providing top-notch service to current and prospective residents.
- Following Fair Housing laws and company policies.
