What Were Looking For
- USDA Rural Development property management experience required
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Entrata experience is a plus
- Ability to manage occupancy, collections, leasing, and financial goals
What Youll Do
- Oversee daily operations at Moreland and Drakewood Apartments
- Maintain compliance with USDA Rural Development requirements
- Manage leasing, occupancy, collections, and resident relations
- Coordinate marketing and resident retention efforts
- Supervise and support onsite staff
- Conduct property inspections and follow up on maintenance needs
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
