What Youll Do
- Complete apartment work orders and general repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances
- Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergencies
- Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas
- Keep maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment organized
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing requirements
- Provide professional, courteous service to residents and team members
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5yrs of maintenance experience
- EPA Type II or Universal certification required
- General knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems
- HVAC experience
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, walk the property, and work indoors and outdoors
