What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of multiple apartment communities
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Clean and maintain common areas, sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and amenity spaces
- Assist with landscaping duties including watering, weeding, trimming, and seasonal property upkeep
- Support maintenance teams with light maintenance tasks and apartment make-ready activities
- Assist with preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents
- Help maintain maintenance shops, storage areas, and equipment
- Monitor property appearance and report maintenance concerns
- Travel between assigned communities as needed to support property operations
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, maintenance, or related experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and positive customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to walk the property daily, climb stairs, and use ladders when needed
