Brookside Properties is actively seeking an experienced Regional Manager (Multifamily Property Management) to oversee a multi-site apartment portfolio in the Louisville, KY market.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Regional Manager with a strong background in multifamily operations, occupancy growth, NOI performance, and team leadership. If you’ve successfully managed multiple communities and know how to drive results, this is a high-impact opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across a multifamily apartment portfolio
- Drive occupancy, rent growth, and NOI performance
- Lead and develop Property Managers, Leasing Teams, and Maintenance Supervisors
- Review and analyze budgets, financials, and operating reports
- Conduct property inspections, audits, and site visits
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety regulations, and company policies
- Partner with leadership on business strategy and portfolio performance
- Support hiring, training, and performance management across sites
- 5 years in multifamily property management
- 2 years as a Regional Manager (or Senior Property Manager ready to step up)
- Experience managing multi-site or large apartment portfolios
- Strong understanding of NOI, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Proven ability to increase occupancy and drive revenue
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Proficiency with property management software (Entrata or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Established, privately held multifamily owner/operator
- Stable portfolio with long-term ownership strategy
- Ability to directly impact performance—not just maintain
- Supportive leadership with strong operational backing
