- Perform repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry
- Assist with unit turns (make-readies)
- Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide solutions
- Support preventative maintenance programs
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
- 1 year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience preferred
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Reliable transportation basic tools
- Ability to be on-call as needed
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Apartment/multifamily experience
- Pool experience
- EPA Certification already in place
