Job Description:
Brooks is a rapidly growing Pest Control Company! Inside sales plays a critical role in our development and expansion while continue to grow. We are investing generous funds into marketing and lead generation and need experienced, qualified sales reps that can close these pest control deals. This position requires that you work weekends on Saturdays and Sundays. We are open to having someone work more hours throughout the week if available! Upon hiring, some in office training to onboard during the week is heavily preferred.
As a Brooks Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for taking both inbound and outbound calls for leads we have generated through our marketing campaigns. We need someone that is organized and can keep track of every single call they take, following up with potential deals where necessary, as well as someone that knows pest control and the sales process inside and out so that you can close deals that will result in a lifetime customer. Tasks of this job include:
- Being quick and efficient on the phones so you have as much time talking to potential clients as possible
- Keeping track of each sale, ensuring the initial service is scheduled within scheduling rules, getting the agreement signed by the customer, and following up to make sure the initial is completed.
- Staying proactive on outbound calls and follow ups with potential clients if there is a lull in inbound volume.
- Setting goals to continually improve your pitch and work ethic.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School or Equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and responsible. Willing to go the extra mile to get work done.
- Some College Experience (preferred, not required)
- 2 years of sales experience (preferred, not required)
- Pest Control experience (preferred, not required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
