Job description:
HOT LEADS ONLY!! Our aggressive, year round marketing strategy means we have more leads than we can handle. As one of the fastest growing inside sales teams in the United States, we are looking for dedicated sales reps that can continue to help us grow.
We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Representatives that ideally have experience in the pest control industry. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making multiple calls per day, multi-tasking, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and follow-up
- Understand customer needs and best pest control solutions
Skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with FieldRoutes or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Trainable and willing to take feedback
Pay & Perks
*The pay is hourly plus commission. Including incentives and other bonuses. Plus, yearly sales trip for top performers.
