Outdoor Sales Professional

BAM Pest Control is a family owned and operated company who takes pride in serving our community. We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team for the 2026 sales season (March-August). This position is a door-to-door sales position that is commission based. We are looking for people who love working with a team to achieve sales goals, thrive off mentorship and learning, and have a desire for future leadership positions. This position is great for college students looking to pay for school, returned missionaries, adventure seekers, or experienced reps who feel undervalued and unappreciated with their current company and want to take their talents to the next level. It’s also perfect for sales reps who want to work close to home and avoid traveling out of state. We provide all of the training and resources you need to be successful at this job.

Most first year sales professionals average $20-40k in their first summer with top reps making $120k in just 4-5 months. Job Duties including but not limited to:

-Attend and participate in weekly or daily sales training
-Help organize sales route daily
-Sell pest control services to residential and commercial clients
-Schedule pest control services with office
-Provide excellent customer service and sales skills

Qualifications:

-Must be 18 years or older
-Must have current drivers license and reliable transportation to use for work
-Must have a smart phone and be able to access company sales software
-Must be hard working, good with people, and sales minded
