Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager to lead low-voltage BAS projects from start to finish. You’ll manage teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Pay Scale: Starting at $90,000 , negotiable based on experience. In addition to the base salary, project managers also receive a company vehicle gas card OR a $700/month vehicle allowance gas card.
Responsibilities:
- Lead installation, integration, and commissioning of BAS systems (controls, sensors, lighting, access, HVAC)
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope changes
- Supervise low-voltage technicians and apprentices
- Maintain client and stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with codes, quality standards, and safety
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven low-voltage project management experience
- Knowledge of BAS, controls, lighting, access, and HVAC systems
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and end-users.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.
