The Resident Services Coordinator plays a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience across our properties. Ensuring that each resident has a great experience from move-in through tenancy through building relationships with both residents and team members. This position is the primary point of contact and sets the standard for resident satisfaction. This position works alongside many different teams to ensure renewal and leasing goals are established and met, policies and procedures are followed, and daily tasks are efficiently managed. This role provides hands-on exposure to multiple facets of community operations including resident relations, leasing, property inspections, and event coordination.

Essential Responsibilities
Resident Experience & Concierge Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, providing friendly, solution-oriented service.
- Support daily front desk operations including package management, amenity reservations, and vendor coordination.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, service requests, and feedback, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Reaches out to each new resident within 48 hours of move-in to ensure that the move-in process flowed smoothly, the condition of their apartment home was satisfactory, and to address any areas of opportunity.
- Conduct regular property walks to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and curb appeal of amenities, model units, and common areas.
- Perform pre-move-in and post-move-out inspections; document and communicate any maintenance or housekeeping needs.
- Partner with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure show-ready standards are met daily.
- Track and report recurring facility or resident-related issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
- Assist the leasing team with tours, follow-ups, and new resident move-ins as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of property features, floor plans, pricing, and current availability across the campus.
- Support renewal and retention efforts by helping monitor upcoming lease expirations, updating renewal trackers, and engaging residents about their plans.
- Participate in marketing and outreach efforts, including establishing relationships with local businesses or preferred employers.
- Maintain organized digital and paper files, logs, and trackers (e.g., resident interactions, renewals, event participation, inspection checklists).
- Help coordinate property communications, notices, and updates to ensure residents are informed and engaged.
- Assist with reporting, special projects, and other operational initiatives at the direction of the Property Manager.
- Identifies and corrects any hazardous property conditions immediately, or contains hazard

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple requests at once.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of Fair Housing laws and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, or customer service.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in multifamily operations and resident experience.

WAGES
- This position is paid an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Estimated starting hourly wage: $22.88
- Exact salary is determined within the stated range by merit, seniority, production rate and/or quality; geographic location; education, training and/or experience related to job duties and responsibilities; or travel required by the position.
