The Associate Attorney will support the firm’s legal practice through legal research, case analysis, drafting legal documents, client communication, and representation in legal proceedings as appropriate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review legal files, records, and case-related documentation
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze applicable statutes, case law, and regulations
- Manage assigned caseload while ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely completion of work
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as required
- Maintain accurate case notes, documentation, and status updates within firm systems
- Provide high-quality legal support and client service in a high-volume environment
- Exercise sound judgment and contribute to effective problem-solving and case strategy
