Brock Cabinets is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role is essential to creating a positive customer experience while supporting daily office operations.
Qualifications:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and showroom area
- Handle administrative task such as data entry, filing, email correspondence
- Accept deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Support office staff as needed
