Job Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified trade contractors across target markets to expand vendor network
- Proactively source new vendors through industry databases, trade associations, referrals and online platforms
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective vendors across multiple trades
- Drive vendor onboarding from recruitment through system activation
- Track sourcing activity and maintain recruitment metrics
- Maintain direct working relationships with our existing vendor base to support current and future business needs
- Send, track, retrieve and review sensitive vendor on-boarding documentation including W-9 forms, Certificates of Insurance and Vendor Agreements
- Utilize Umbrava to manage vendor profiles and all data entry within the system
- Negotiate vendor costs to meet the specific client’s expectation
- Assist in establishing and upholding company policies and procedures
- Other special recruiting projects as assigned
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience working with & managing sub-contractors
- Ability to work and communicate efficiently with all levels of colleagues, vendors, and other external contacts
- Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary : $24 - $30
