Job Responsibilities
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls
- Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip
- Communicate with internal teams’ necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions
- Ability to use multiple types of power and hand tools
- Ability to conduct repairs such as, but not limited to; patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and any other building maintenance tasks
- Operating and maintaining company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Team orientated player with ability to work independently
- Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience
- Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
