Job Description:
The Network Construction Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative activities of the fiber Network Construction team. This role focuses on project billing, purchase orders, invoice review, and coordination of fiber splicing documentation and activities. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to improve billing processes, support operational efficiency, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. This role does not involve field work and is primarily administrative and office-based.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in project billing and/or splicing management
- Proficiency with purchase orders, invoicing, and financial tracking
- Experience reviewing engineering or splice documentation
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage purchase orders and process contractor invoices
- Support financial tracking, forecasting, and milestone billing
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and project deliverables
- Review and distribute splice packages
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing and splicing activity
- Support the Network Construction Implementation team with administrative tasks
- Monitor project timelines and highlight variances
- Support quality and process improvement initiatives
