What is Being Offered:

  • $75K-$80K base bonus

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee a team of 5 sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow to 10-15)
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven in-home sales management experience
  • Experience with high-ticket, home improvement sales environments
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call close, in home sales process
