Key Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt roller machines with precision and safety.
- Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Communicate with project foremen and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Load and unload machinery safely and within DOT and company guidelines.
- Follow traffic control, environmental, and safety procedures on job sites.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate daytime, nighttime, and weekend shifts.
- Contribute to a respectful and team-oriented work environment.
- Prior experience in asphalt roller operations required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Class A CDL preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and extended hours when needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to safety.
