JOB SUMMARY
As a Marketing Intern, you will support our marketing team across a wide range of initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to how a modern marketing organization operates. This internship offers a well‑rounded experience spanning content creation, creative development, event support, sales enablement, and marketing operations. You’ll contribute to active projects while learning how different areas of the team collaborate to drive business impact.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Content & Creative Support
- Assist in developing and organizing marketing content, including blog posts, social media copy, and campaign assets.
- Contribute to creative projects such as video production, basic design tasks, and other multimedia initiatives.
- Help maintain consistency across brand messaging and visual standards.
- Event Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, virtual sessions, and trade shows.
- Assist with event logistics, preparation of materials, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help ensure smooth execution and timely follow‑up activities.
- Sales Enablement
- Help organize, update, and maintain sales enablement resources to ensure internal teams can easily access and use marketing materials.
- Assist with structuring content libraries, updating collateral, and supporting cross‑functional communication.
- Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Gain exposure to marketing systems and tools used for tracking performance and managing campaigns.
- Support basic data collection, reporting, and performance analysis to help the team understand marketing effectiveness and business trends.
- Assist with operational tasks that keep marketing processes running smoothly.
OTHER DUTIES
- Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Interest in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
