We’re looking for a high-caliber Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive pipeline at a fast-growing SaaS startup. This role blends strategic account research and mapping with high-quality outbound outreach. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to identify the right accounts, the right personas, and the right message—then execute with precision.


You’ll be very early in the GTM team, working directly with the executive team to build our outbound motion from the ground up. This role offers exceptional visibility, ownership, and influence on how we grow. Success in this position requires a highly proactive, self-directed mindset—someone who takes initiative, creates structure where none exists, and moves opportunities forward without waiting for direction. It’s not the right fit for everyone, but for the right person, the opportunity for impact and accelerated growth is substantial.


Qualifications


  • You’re able to identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Collaboration and negotiation are talents of yours and you’re able to utilize them to communicate effectively
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • In office in Salt Lake City, Utah
  • You’re highly motivated and self-driven
  • You have a positive attitude (training, resiliency, appreciate the growth from adversity)
  • You are highly team oriented and focus on the success of your peers as well as yourself
  • You are coachable and have proven ability to take feedback and implement it
  • You can engage and communicate with customers in a positive and approachable way


Responsibilities

  • Build and map strategic accounts to uncover key stakeholders and maximize outreach effectiveness
  • Drive outbound prospecting and qualification to generate meetings for Account Executives
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing every day
  • Collaborate with AEs to plan and execute account-based strategies that open doors in target accounts
  • Work hard during business hours—no nights or weekends
