Account Manager - Broker Sales

About the Role
We're looking for a high-caliber, hungry account manager to drive sales alongside our top seller. This role blends strategic account research and mapping with high-quality sales to build significant revenue within our broker network. This is a sales role - pure and simple. Your job is to find more business inside the accounts we already have: uncovering upsell opportunities, expanding wallet share, and closing.
Responsibilities
• Build and map strategic accounts to uncover and maximize outreach effectiveness
• Scale across key relationships to broaden exposure with broker clients and expand our footprint
• Work deals end-to-end to grow our sales footprint within the broker channel
• Own and hit a revenue quota — you will be measured on the numbers you bring in
• Manage pipeline and account activity in CRM — stay on top of your deals and forecast accurately
• Work hard during business hours — no nights, no weekends
Qualifications
• Sales background with a track record of hitting goals(1-2 yrs)
• Collaboration and negotiation come naturally — you communicate with confidence and build trust quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with computers and standard sales tools
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and energized by growth and competition
• Positive attitude — you embrace training, bounce back from adversity, and see challenges as growth
• Highly team-oriented — you care about your peers winning as much as yourself
