Your Role
- Administration Functions: Ensure smooth daily operations, build culture, and manage patient/employee relations
- Staffing: Manage and support Front Desk Team
- Marketing: Oversee internal/external marketing efforts
- Employee Relations: Conduct reviews, mediate conflicts, and onboard new employees
- Practice Growth: Analyze financial metrics and market trends
