- Deliver comprehensive technical support to end-users across hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime
- Manage computer systems including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals across various operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Coordinate IT and ERP software (ProAlpha) enhancements in conjunction with parent company
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer networks including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and other security measures to safeguard organizational data
- Assess organizational information systems, identify gaps, and propose solutions to address business needs
- Assist with software troubleshooting, installation, updates, and configuration for applications like Microsoft Office Suite and specialized enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy
- Work with Brinkmann team to identify system and software enhancements that improve operational efficiency
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware components including computers, printers, routers, switches, and servers
- Lead multiple IT projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes, document procedures, and implement new solutions that enhance overall system performance
- Proven experience in providing IT support with a focus on desktop support and help desk functions
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and macOS; familiarity with Linux is a plus
- Hands-on experience managing computer hardware components and troubleshooting software issues efficiently
- In-depth understanding of computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and network security protocols
- Proficiency with IT management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy for ticketing and incident tracking
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are preferred but not mandatory
