Job Overview
We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Business Acquisition Specialists in a high-income, commission-based role.
This position is focused on identifying and connecting with business owners who may be open to selling their business. You will play a critical role in generating deal flow by initiating conversations, uncovering opportunities, and introducing qualified prospects to our internal deal team.
This is not a traditional sales role — you are not responsible for closing deals, pricing businesses, or negotiating transactions. Instead, your focus is on creating opportunities that lead to high-value business acquisitions.
This role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, comfortable initiating conversations, and interested in business, sales, or investing. Your performance directly impacts your earning potential, with no cap on income.
We are only onboarding a small number of individuals at this stage as we continue to scale.
You will be operating within a structured system designed to generate and manage opportunities efficiently. This is not a “figure it out on your own” role — but it is a performance-driven environment where results matter.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with business owners through outreach (phone, social media, networking, email, and research)
- Initiate conversations regarding potential business sale opportunities
- Qualify prospects based on interest level and basic business viability
- Submit qualified opportunities to the internal deal team for evaluation
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations within the CRM
- Consistently follow up with potential opportunities to move them forward
What You Will NOT Be Doing
- You will NOT be responsible for closing deals. Our internal team handles deal execution — your role is to generate and qualify opportunities.
- You will NOT negotiate contracts
- You will NOT handle pricing or valuations
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation efforts effectively.
- Expertise in account management, inside sales, retail sales, and territory sales strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with the ability to conduct product demos and upsell solutions confidently.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and technology sales processes to support business growth initiatives.
- Exceptional analysis skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

This is a commission-based role with additional performance incentives.
