Job Overview
We are seeking experienced, driven professionals to join our team as Business Advisors / Business Brokers—the key role responsible for guiding business sale transactions from initial consultation through closing.
This is a high-level, revenue-generating position within our platform, focused on working directly with business owners, buyers, and investors to successfully complete transactions.
You will operate within a system designed to generate both buyer and seller opportunities, while also having the ability to build and manage your own pipeline.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in managing deals, navigating negotiations, and driving transactions to completion.
Your Role in the System
You are the deal execution specialist.
Our platform supports you with:
- Seller opportunities
- Buyer demand
Your responsibility is to:
- Take control of opportunities
- Guide both parties through the transaction
- Structure and manage deals
- Drive them to a successful close
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct consultations with business owners to evaluate sale readiness and goals
- Execute listing agreements and onboard clients
- Position and present business opportunities to qualified buyers
- Manage buyer inquiries and facilitate communication between parties
- Negotiate deal terms and guide both sides toward agreement
- Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and third-party professionals as needed
- Oversee transactions from initial agreement through closing
- Maintain accurate records and deal tracking within CRM
- Generate your own leads while also working company-provided opportunities
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in sales, brokerage, business development, or deal-based environments
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable managing complex conversations and transactions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on income generation
- Ability to manage multiple deals and timelines simultaneously

- Professional presence when working with business owners and investors
Preferred Background (Not Required)
- Experience in business brokerage, commercial real estate, or M&A
- Background in finance, investing, or business ownership
- Familiarity with deal structures, contracts, or transaction coordination
Licensing Requirement
A real estate license is required for individuals actively managing and negotiating transactions.
Candidates who are not currently licensed but are willing to obtain one may be considered for placement in a sourcing or support role within the organization, with a pathway to transition into a Business Advisor position upon licensure.
