This role is responsible for guiding qualified candidates through the franchise selection and acquisition process, from initial consultation through final placement.
You will work with:

This is a high-level, commission-based role focused on advising, relationship management, and closing franchise placements.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel in consultative sales, enjoy working with motivated buyers, and are confident guiding clients through important financial and business decisions.
Your Role in the System
You are the conversion point between:
- Qualified candidates (buyers)
- Franchise opportunities (brands)
Our platform supports you with:
- Candidate flow (via internal Specialists)
- Brand partnerships (via internal Managers)
Your responsibility is to:
- Understand candidate goals
- Match them with appropriate franchise opportunities
- Guide them through the process
- Drive placements to completion
- Identify and pursue additional franchise opportunities aligned with candidate demand by coordinating internally to expand available brand partnerships when needed
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct consultations with candidates to understand goals, budget, and preferences
- Educate candidates on franchise ownership models and available opportunities
- Match candidates with franchise brands aligned to their criteria
- Prepare candidates for introductions and next steps in the franchisor’s process
- Facilitate communication between candidates and franchisors
- Guide candidates through discovery calls, validation, and decision-making
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the process
- Track all interactions and deal progress within CRM systems
What You Will NOT Be Doing
- Acquiring franchisor partnerships
- Managing franchise operations post-placement
Your focus is strictly on:
advising candidates and closing franchise placements
Ideal Candidate
