Key Responsibilities
- Manage overseas shipping processes, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, trucking companies, and customs brokers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Oversee documentation and data entry related to import shipments.
- Resolve issues promptly to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall logistics operations.
- Minimum 4 years of freight forwarding experience in import operations.
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred (due to frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
