Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with overseas agents to initiate and manage ocean import processes.
- Facilitate customs clearance by working with customs brokers and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor, track, and update shipment delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
- Accurately enter and maintain servicing and shipment information in internal systems.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- 1–5 years of experience in ocean import/export operations (supervisory/manager-level experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
