Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (3 to 6 month contract)

Location: Sunrise, FL

Start Date: ASAP

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a welcoming and professional environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting guests, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff member or department
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed (e.g., mail distribution, scheduling, filing)
  • Provide general support to staff and help ensure smooth front office operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using multi-line phone systems and basic office software

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation: $18-21/hr DOE
