HR Representative

This will be a 6 month contract role in Burr Ridge; 5 days onsite

$35/hr

Summary:

Family orientated company (family members work in the office). CEO hosts large holiday parties and encourages group outings to get to know one another and the team care about ea another. Due to recent growth and acquisitions, they are growing very quickly.

Duties:

• Manages the new-hire transition from job offer to employment, ensuring a welcoming experience, precise paperwork collection, and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration to ensure a successful onboarding experience for both the employee and company.
• Coordinate background checks and verify professional licenses prior to employment.
• Collect and process new hire forms including financial forms, signed employment contracts, and training receipts eligible for reimbursement.
• Input new employee profiles into ADP and other relevant databases.
• Partner with IT Department for hardware/software setup.
• Send welcome packets, explain company policies, and facilitate orientation sessions both in-person and virtually.
• Guide new hires through the benefits enrollment process, answering plan questions and ensuring accurate submission.
• Manage the ordering and delivery of company name tags and required compliance posters for new clinic sites.
• Monitor new hire progress through regular internal audits of onboarding files and partner with team members on annual compliance audits to ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Assist with full cycle recruitment process including management of ATS systems, conducting phone interviews, and writing employment offers.

Qualifications: Able to work a 6 month contract

Bachelors in HR or related field preferred

At least 2 years experience as an HR generalist

ADP Workforce Now is Required.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm

Dress Code: Business casual (especially during onboarding)
