Sales Representative

Our client is an award-winning design and manufacturing firm in the decorative lighting products industry and they are seeking a Sales Representative to join their growing team in Miami, FL. For over 20 years, this company has partnered with architects, designers, and builders across the globe to provide custom solutions that transform and elevate spaces. With offices in multiple international locations, they’ve built a collaborative team culture driven by innovation and creativity.The Opportunity-OnsiteReporting directly to the President, the Sales Representative will serve as the face of the company to clients. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including architects, designers, builders, and distributors.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations.Generate quotes, prepare proposals, and close sales opportunities.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.Qualifications:3 years of proven sales experience in a design/ lighting setting Required.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.Ability to travel to trade shows within the US and internationally (2-4X)Weekly Schedule: Monday–FridayWork Setting: In office 5 days; close to Miami Design DistrictSalary: $90-120k base salary, plus commissions,  DOECompany DescriptionBrilliant is an award-winning staffing and recruiting firm that provides direct-hire and contract staffing services in accounting, finance and technology, serving businesses across the continental U.S. Our specialized accounting and finance teams provide high-quality talent for businesses seeking expert consultants or permanent staff in areas such as accounting, finance, audit, tax, treasury and financial systems.
