A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking to hire an Operations, Communications & Marketing Assistant to support general Commercial, Marketing, and Operational activities. This role will report to the Manager of the Brill USA affiliate and will be based in Florida, ideally at the headquarters in Miami.
FUNCTIONS:
- Support the execution of brand strategies, marketing projects, and tactics, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
- Organize company congress sponsorships, meetings, and events, including venue and provider selection, contracting, and collaboration with external agencies.
- Manage company social media platforms and website content, including planning and executing a yearly content strategy.
- Oversee company materials inventory, stock, and shipments.
- Provide operational support, including HR and accounting tasks such as acting as point of contact with providers, managing invoices, team administration, and logistics coordination.
- Analyze client engagement and impact after conferences, events, or on social media.
- Arrange team and customer travel, and track related expenses.
- Provide broad administrative support, acting as a flexible resource across Marketing, Operations, HR, and Logistics.
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic background: Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Health or technical sciences training is highly valued.
Experience: Previous experience in Pharma/Medical Device industry is an asset.
