Someone with technical experience in large commercial work such as air cooled, and water cooled Chillers, along with cooling towers, boilers (both steam and hot water), pumps, rooftop units, large air handlers, etc would fit the search.
The Service Manager will oversee and manage daily operations within the service department, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and timely resolution of client service requests. Responsibilities will include supervising and supporting service technicians, maintaining customer satisfaction, developing service strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. The Service Manager will also collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and coordinating staff
- Technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical systems, HVAC, and service operations
