Position Overview:
The Network Lead Engineer will play a central role in shaping and supporting the organization’s enterprise network environment. This position is responsible for driving the direction, performance, and security of network systems that support critical business operations. The role combines hands-on technical oversight with strategic planning, ensuring infrastructure remains reliable, scalable, and aligned with broader IT and business objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a forward-looking network strategy that supports operational needs and long-term growth
- Oversee day-to-day performance, maintenance, and optimization of network systems across multiple environments
- Ensure the integrity and security of network infrastructure by implementing and maintaining best practices and compliance standards
- Lead network-focused initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met

Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive experience managing enterprise-level network environments, ideally within manufacturing or similarly complex operations
- Strong background in network architecture and support, including LAN/WAN, secure remote connectivity, wireless systems, and cloud-based networking
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide technical teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field preferred; industry certifications (e.g., Cisco or equivalent) are a plus
