BrightStar Care of Appleton is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide personalized in-home therapy to patients in Appleton, WI, and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home occupational therapy evaluations and assess patients' functional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Help patients improve safety, mobility, and independence in daily living activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies.
• Collaborate with the care team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and in accordance with professional and state requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin.
• At least 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel to patients' homes.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.
