Position Details:
- Shifts: 3 shifts required every weekend (Friday–Monday)
- Hours: 20 hours per weekend
- Availability: Open availability for both 1st & 2nd shift
- Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing
- Provide mobility assistance as directed by the care plan
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Transport clients to appointments when needed
- Report any changes in client condition to the nurse case manager
Requirements:
- Active Indiana HHA or CNA license
- 1 year of home health care experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Negative TB test and physical within the last 12 months
- Ability to pass a drug test and motor vehicle background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
