This leadership role combines administrative oversight with hands-on patient care responsibilities, including infusion services and frequent in-field visits.

About The Role
The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining exceptional patient care delivery across all cases — including infusion therapy.
This is a field-driven leadership role requiring regular travel between patient homes for:
Supervisory visits
Client assessments
Infusion case oversight
Clinical quality assurance
You will work closely with executive leadership while serving as a direct resource and mentor to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in the field.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinical operations and field staff performance
Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
Provide direct oversight of infusion therapy services
Travel consistently between patient homes to ensure quality and compliance
Maintain adherence to state, federal, and accreditation standards
Monitor documentation accuracy and timeliness
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Assist with staff training and ongoing clinical education
Take part in on-call rotation as needed
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
BSN preferred
Minimum 2-3 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience
Infusion nursing experience required
Home Health Experience Strongly Preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of home care regulatory standards
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
