BrightStar Care of Sterling Heights is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Manager. This leadership role oversees clinical operations, ensures high-quality patient care, and supports both skilled and non-skilled home care services.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with home care, home health, or private duty experience who is ready to step into a leadership role. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in IV therapy, PICC line care, and high-acuity patients

Responsibilities
- Perform client assessments, reassessments, and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise and support nurses and caregivers in the field
- Ensure compliance with Michigan regulations and agency standards
- Oversee skilled nursing services, including:
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- IV therapy and PICC line. port, experience
- Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and referral sources
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of clinical staff
- Address client concerns and ensure high-quality care delivery
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan (required)
- 2 years of nursing experience (home care/home health preferred)
- Experience with IV therapy and PICC line care strongly preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with EMR/documentation systems
Preferred Experience
- Private duty home care
- Skilled home care services
- IV infusions, PICC lines, ports, or central line care
- Workers’ compensation or auto injury cases
