We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team as a Contractor.
Requirements
- Ability to commute to patients home
- Ability to take cases in the general area of Weston, Hollywood, Miami Gardens, Pembroke Pines, and Miramar.
- AHCA Level 2 Background check. https://info.flclearinghouse.com
- Valid State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proficiency in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Availability to work weekends and short notice as needed
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on their specific needs.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote healing.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
- Timely documenting visits.
