In-Home Sales Closer | High-Ticket Home Improvement
Brightside Windows is growing fast, and we're looking for an experienced in-home sales closer to join our expanding Salt Lake City, UT market.
With a goal of reaching 100 offices by the end of 2027, Brightside is in a major stage of growth. We're looking for a proven salesperson who can produce at a high level today while helping us build a strong sales team for the future.
If you're confident in the home, know how to handle objections and close high-ticket sales, and have the ability to lead by example, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Run scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right window solutions
- Present products, pricing, and options with confidence
- Build value, handle objections, and close business
- Conduct targeted door-to-door outreach to generate additional opportunities
- Consistently work toward individual sales and closing goals
- Lead by example through strong personal performance
- Mentor and support newer sales professionals as the team grows
- Help reinforce sales standards, accountability, and best practices
- Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For
- Proven in-home sales or high-ticket closing experience
- Strong presentation and objection-handling skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable
- Natural leadership ability
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing salespeople is a plus
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Professional and confident working directly with homeowners
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in windows, roofing, solar, HVAC, remodeling, siding, flooring, bath, pest control, or other high-ticket residential services is a strong plus.
