Brightside Windows is expanding in Silverdale, WA, and we're looking for motivated, outgoing people who want to join a company with big plans for the future.
We're growing quickly, with a goal of reaching 100 offices by the end of 2027—and we're building the teams that will help us get there.
This is a full-time W-2 position starting at $17 per hour, plus performance bonuses and employee benefits.
No previous sales experience required. We'll provide the training and coaching to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Represent Brightside Windows throughout Silverdale-area communities
- Connect with homeowners and introduce our window solutions
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home consultations
- Track appointments and daily activity
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Develop valuable communication and sales skills
This is an active, field-based role with plenty of face-to-face interaction and time spent outdoors.

What We're Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone
- Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
- Dependable, motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable staying active and working outdoors
Restaurant, retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, and other people-facing backgrounds can translate well—but experience isn't what matters most.
